Reiki means “universal life force”, the energy that encompasses body, emotions, mind and spirit. It’s an amazingly simple technique that brings about a sense of peace and tranquility, suitable for anyone and every living thing.
You don’t even need to be in the same location to feel it’s benefits or believe that it works. Non-local or Distance Healing is a valuable resource in the current pandemic where hands on contact is a risk, especially if you are vulnerable or shielding. In the familiar comfort of your own space you can receive this Loving Light Energy to reduce stress, wash away anxiety and find a sense of connection that may be missing, but is essential for wellbeing.

Intertwined with Reiki Light and intuition, I will often bring in crystal energies, plant wisdom, and star essences to assist in a session where needed;- a synergy and balance of elements, that are intrinsically part of us, working intelligently to harmonise any disturbance or dissonance.

I’m a Certified Reiki Master and Craniosacral Therapist, with more that two decades of experience in the Healing Arts. For more than ten of those years, I have been a Doula attending more than a hundred births, being a witness to new life emerging and knowing we are all at different stages of this lifelong process of Being and Becoming.
As a fully insured member of the Complimentary Therapy Association and the Association for the Improvement of Maternity Services, I’m always exploring new and ancient teachings of health and spirituality to bring to those who seek to heal and evolve.
Discovering Reiki picked me up and brought me back to a deeper and more loving awareness of my own being. I fell in love with life again, and found my gift to the world
